I am a Big 4 consultant turned digital entrepreneur who loves to solve complex problems.

With over 25 years of experience, including 14 years at PwC, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions for customers around the globe.

Blending business acumen and technical skills with strategic vision, I easily wear many hats.

My background is primarily in program/project leadership, solution delivery, team development, process optimization, and change management. I also have operational experience from time serving in Interim CIO and Practice Lead roles.

Most of my career has been spent working on transformational engagements for some of the world’s most iconic brands. I am passionate about innovation and collaboration, dedicated to creating value for clients and partners.

Expertise

IT Strategy & Planning: One of my ‘superpowers’ is to be able to easily shift vision from the strategic level, down to lower levels of planning. I have a very strong financial and business acumen that allows me to see your organisation as the business that it is. I have initiated and executed large scale IT change including digital transformations, reorganisations, the technology side of M&As, transitions to both outsourcing and insourcing, ran RFPs for managed services as well as for specific implementations and contract staffing needs. In addition, I have updated operating models and the governance structures to support them.

Transformation & Change Management: I have a long history of driving transformation and change. The implementation and adoption of change can be difficult for very different reasons. Based on years of experience leading both the hard and soft sides of change, I bring along my own toolbox full of personally developed accelerators to quickly prioritise and action what is needed to get to the desired future state.

Programme and Project Management: Highly skilled in stakeholder management and communications, I know how to manage up, down and lateral, approaching each programme as a team sport. And just like with Transformation and Change Management, years of programme management have enabled me to build out accelerators that I can use at your organisation or can just as easily work with your own PMO requirements.

Supporting others

Christine has a long history of mentorship.

She helps selected professionals recover from career setbacks and reach their goals through the Bounce Back Roadmap programme and 1:1 support.

Volunteering is a lifelong passion for Christine. One of her ways of giving back involves creating and donating numerous Pysanky (Ukrainian Easter Eggs) for different fundraisers annually. These are four examples from her 2017 collection.
